Privacy Policy — Drift Day

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Drift Day (the “game”), developed and published by MaddyTroupe. Drift Day is intended for players aged 13 and over and uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

Drift Day does not require an online account. You can choose a player name or nickname; you do not need to provide your real name.

The game stores the following information locally on your device:

These records let the game preserve your progress and preferences. The game does not upload your player name or saved race progress to a MaddyTroupe server. Google’s consent tools may also store your advertising privacy choices on your device.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Data

Drift Day uses Google AdMob, including interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads can provide benefits such as bonus points or a car-health revive. If you choose not to complete a rewarded ad, its associated reward is not granted.

Google’s advertising services may collect and share:

Google and applicable advertising partners process this information to deliver and measure ads, provide analytics, prevent fraud and protect their services. Some information may support personalized advertising where permitted. App set ID has more limited permitted uses, such as analytics and fraud prevention.

The game does not request permission to access your precise device location, camera, microphone, contacts or personal photos. Approximate location inferred from an IP address may still be processed by advertising services.

For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

3. Advertising Choices and Consent

Where required, Google’s consent tools present advertising privacy choices before ad requests are permitted. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, you can review or change your choices through Settings → AD PRIVACY OPTIONS in the game.

You can also manage your advertising identifier through Android’s advertising settings and review Google’s ad controls. Available settings vary by device, region and account. Ad personalization depends on applicable requirements, your choices and Google’s settings. Non-personalized or limited ads may still involve data processing for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

4. Support and Use of Information

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your inquiry and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

MaddyTroupe uses local game records to run the game and maintain progress, settings and rewards. The game does not include a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service. Google’s advertising services may process their own usage and diagnostic information.

We do not sell or rent your locally saved player records or support correspondence. Advertising information is handled by Google and applicable advertising partners under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data: Records remain on your device until removed or overwritten. You can delete them by clearing Drift Day’s app storage in Android Settings. Uninstalling normally removes app-local data. Deleting local data also removes saved progress, points, unlocks and preferences.

Advertising and consent data: Google and applicable partners retain information according to their policies and available privacy controls. Clearing the game’s local storage or uninstalling it does not itself delete information already held by those providers. Use Google’s privacy controls or contact the relevant provider for requests concerning that information.

Support correspondence: We retain it as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of information you have provided directly to us. We cannot directly erase all information held independently by Google or other providers.

6. Security and International Processing

Local game records are stored in the application’s data area on your device. Google states that data transmitted by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. We rely on protections provided by Android and the service providers; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Google and its partners may process information in countries other than your own, under their privacy policies and applicable transfer safeguards.

7. Children’s Privacy

Drift Day is intended for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal contact information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in connection with the game, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Advertising and consent choices remain subject to applicable age requirements and privacy rules, which may differ by country.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Contact us about information you have provided directly to MaddyTroupe. Requests concerning Google’s processing should also be directed to Google’s privacy tools or support. You can remove device-local game records using Android’s app-storage controls and change advertising privacy choices as described above.

9. Third-Party Content and Policy Changes

Advertisements may open websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy when the game’s features, services or privacy practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
