• No Data Collection: Drift-Day does not collect, store, or process any user data.
• No Internet Connection: Drift-Day does not require an internet connection to function.
• No External Servers: Drift-Day does not use any servers to store or process user data.
• No Marketing or Advertising Use: Drift-Day does not utilize user data for marketing or advertising purposes.
• No Data Sharing: Drift-Day does not share user data with any third party under any circumstances.
• Built-In Security: Drift-Day is naturally secured by the Oculus platform’s built-in security settings.

Compliance and Audits

Drift-Day commits to:

1. Annual Self-Certification: We certify our compliance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable terms and policies.
2. Purpose and Use Verification: Drift-Day does not engage in data sharing. The inputs processed by the game are strictly limited to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy.
3. Audit Readiness: Drift-Day is open to audits by Meta or any third party authorized by Meta to confirm compliance with this policy.

Processed Inputs

Drift-Day only processes the following inputs:

1. Headset Orientation and Position
2. Hand Controller Position, Orientation, and Button/Sensor Inputs

No other inputs, such as microphone data, are processed by Drift-Day.

Stored Data

• Drift-Day saves level completion status locally on the user’s device.
• This data is stored on the device and is not transmitted to any external server or system by Drift-Day itself.
• However, as part of the Oculus platform’s features, Meta may automatically back up this data to the cloud for syncing across devices. This backup is managed entirely by Meta and governed by Meta's privacy policies.
• Users can remove this data by clearing the app cache.
